PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine replacement timing of a desiccant, irrespective of a mounted position of a humidity detecting sensor.SOLUTION: A compressed air supply device for a vehicle comprises: an air dryer 11 provided in a discharge line of a compressor 4 to eliminate moisture contained in compressed air; and a humidity detecting sensor 14 mounted downstream of a desiccant 231 of the air dryer 11. The desiccant 231 is regenerated at predetermined timing, and a detection value of the humidity detecting sensor 14 after the desiccant 231 is regenerated, is compared with a threshold set corresponding to a mounted position of the humidity detecting sensor 14, to determine degradation of the desiccant 231.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】湿度検知センサーの取付位置にかかわらず乾燥剤の交換時期を正確に判断する。【解決手段】コンプレッサー4の吐出ラインに設けられて圧縮空気に含まれる水分を除去するエアードライヤー11と、このエアードライヤー11の乾燥剤231の下流に取り付けられる湿度検知センサー14とを備え、乾燥剤231を所定のタイミングで再生させるとともに、当該乾燥剤231が再生された後の湿度検知センサー14の検知値を、湿度検知センサー14の取付位置に応じて設定された閾値と比較して当該乾燥剤231の劣化を判定する。【選択図】図1
