PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict electric power consumption during wireless communication at a brake abrasion warning device during performing a wireless communication between a sensor side transmission part and a chassis side receiving part.SOLUTION: A brake abrasion warning device 1 detects a worn state by an abrasion detecting sensor 2 for detecting a worn state of a friction material of a brake, receives a signal about the detected worn state at a chassis side to inform the worn state. The brake abrasion alarm device 1 comprises a stop state detecting part 13 for detecting a changing-over to a stopped state in which a vehicle is not run; a sensor side transmitting part 22 for transmitting a signal concerning the worn-out state through wireless communication when the change-over to the stopped state is detected; a chassis side receiving part 12 for receiving a signal transmitted from the sensor side transmitting part 22; and an informing part 3 for informing the worn-out state on the basis of the signal received at the chassis side receiver part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ブレーキ摩耗警報装置において、センサ側送信部とシャシー側受信部との間で無線通信を行い、無線通信における消費電力を抑える。【解決手段】ブレーキ摩耗警報装置1は、ブレーキの摩擦材の摩耗状態を検出する摩耗検出センサ2で摩耗状態を検出し、検出された摩耗状態に関する信号をシャシー側で受信して摩耗状態を報知する。ブレーキ摩耗警報装置1は、車両を走行させない休止状態への切替えを検出する休止状態検出部13と、休止状態への切替えを検出した場合に、摩耗状態に関する信号を無線通信により送信するセンサ側送信部22と、センサ側送信部22から送信された信号を受信するシャシー側受信部12と、シャシー側受信部12で受信した信号に基づいて摩耗状態を報知する報知部3と、を備える構成とする。【選択図】図1
