PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular shift device capable of securing safety while improving layout property.SOLUTION: A shift device is configured in such a manner that when a first operation member 10 is displaced forward, a shift range is switched to a reverse range; when the first operation member 10 is displaced backward, the shift range is switched to a drive range; when the first operation member 10 is displaced to one side of a vehicle width direction which is a side moving away from a driver's seat, the shift range is switched to a neutral range; and when a second operation member 60 is operated to the one side of the vehicle width direction, the shift range is switched to a parking range. The second operation member 60 in planar view, is adjacent to the other side of the vehicle width direction closer to the driver's seat with respect to the first operation member 10, and is arranged within a longitudinal range from a front end to a rear end of a movable region of the first operation member 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
