PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick charger and a quick charging system that are able to quickly charge a capacitor at its acceptable maximum output capacity even if the rated output capacity of a single quick charger is less than the acceptable maximum output capacity of the capacitor.SOLUTION: A quick charger 3 comprises: a DC power supply unit 17; a power supply control unit 19; a command generation unit 21; a communication unit 23; a supply output capacity determination unit 25; a power supply switching circuit 27; an external power reception unit 31 for receiving DC power from another quick charger; an additional power addition circuit 33 that, when the supply output capacity determination unit determines that DC power alone is less than the maximum output capacity, receives additional DC power, adds the additional DC power to the DC power output by the power supply switching circuit, and thereby secures output capacity to be supplied; and an external power feeding unit 29 for outputting DC power to another quick charger. A quick charging system is constructed by electrically connecting the quick charger and a quick charger with the same configuration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】単体の急速充電装置の定格出力容量が蓄電器が受容可能な最大出力容量に満たない場合でも、受容可能な最大出力容量で急速充電を行うことが可能な急速充電装置及び急速充電システムを提供する。【解決手段】急速充電装置3は、直流電源部17と、電源制御部19と、指令発生部21と、通信部23と、供給出力容量判定部25と、電力供給切換回路27と、別の急速充電装置から直流電力を受電する外部受電部31と、供給出力容量判定部が直流電力だけでは最大出力容量に満たないと判定したときに、追加の直流電力を受電し、電力供給切換回路から出力される直流電力に追加の直流電力を加算することにより供給する出力容量を確保する追加電力加算回路33と、別の急速充電装置に直流電力を出力する外部給電部29とを備えている。急速充電装置と、同構成からなる急速充電装置とを電気的に接続し、急速充電システムを構築する。【選択図】図2
