PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement in an impact absorption effect of a door panel impact bar 18 for a buffer load.SOLUTION: When a buffer load due to a lateral collision is inputted to a door panel impact bar 18 via an outer panel 22 of a door 10, the buffer load inputted to the door panel impact bar 18 is added to an inner panel 20 via a tip part 30, a leg 32 and stem 28 of a bracket 24. At this time, the leg 32 of the bracket 24 receives the buffer load. However, the buffer load exceeds a prescribed value, deformation of the leg 32 induced at a position of a deformation induction part 34, and a pair of tip part leg pieces 3202B are deformed with the deformation induction part 34 as a boundary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】衝突荷重に対するドアインパクトバー18による衝撃吸収効果の向上を図る。【解決手段】側面衝突による衝突荷重がドア10のアウタパネル22を介してドアインパクトバー18に入力すると、ドアインパクトバー18に入力された衝突荷重は、ブラケット24の先部30、脚部32、基部28を介してインナパネル20に加わる。この際、ブラケット24の脚部32は、衝突荷重を受け止めるが、衝突荷重が所定値を超えると、変形誘発部34の箇所で脚部32の変形が誘発され、一対の先部脚片3202Bが変形誘発部34を境として変形する。【選択図】図4
