PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmission device for a tail-cordless elevator, capable of eliminating an optical axis adjustment, properly performing bi-directional signal transmission of various kinds of pieces of information between a car and a control panel, in a non-contact manner, and being effectively applied to a high-rise building having a long hoistway, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A signal transmission device comprises: a position detector 100 with a communication function, in which a light emission part 13 and a light reception part 14 for communication for transmitting and receiving various kinds of pieces of information by optical communication, are provided while being made to face each other on the inside, besides a light emission part 11 and a light reception part 12 for position detection provided while being made to face each other on the outside for detecting a position of a shield plate 2 in a non-contact manner on a recessed part of an existing position detector 1; and a shield plate 200 with a communication function, comprising a light reception part 21 and a light emission part 22 for communication, which enter a recessed part on the existing plate-state shield plate 2 and transmit and receive the various kinds of pieces of information between the light emission part 13 and the light reception part 14 for communication by optical communication in a non-contact manner, in a state that a pencil of light beams for position detection emitted from the light emission part 11 to the light reception part 12 is blocked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】簡単な構成で光軸調整が不要であり、乗りかごと制御盤との間における各種情報の双方向信号伝送を非接触で適確に行うことができ、昇降路の長い高層な建物への適用が有効なテールコードレスエレベータ用信号伝送装置を提供する。【解決手段】この信号伝送装置は、既設のポジテクタ1の凹状部に遮蔽板2の位置を非接触で検出する外側に対向して備えられた位置検出用の発光部11、受光部12以外に内側に各種情報を光通信により非接触で送受信する通信用の発光部13、受光部14を対向させて備えた通信機能付ポジテクタ100と、既設の板片状の遮蔽板2において凹状部に入り込み、発光部11から受光部12に対して照射されていた位置検出用の光線束を遮蔽した状態にあって、通信用の発光部13、受光部14との間で各種情報を光通信により非接触で送受信する通信用の受光部21、発光部22を備えた通信機能付遮蔽板200と、により構成される。【選択図】図3
