PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular interior material capable of reducing a weight while securing a fixed strength characteristic and flatness thereof without partially producing a low strength portion, and to provide a manufacturing method of a foam resin molding capable of obtaining the vehicular interior material.SOLUTION: A vehicular interior material 1 has a top plate part 2 arranged on the indoor side of an automobile, a rib 4 which forms a plurality of recessed parts 5 on the back surface 2b side of the top plate part 2 and a spacer part 3 of a hollow shape arranged on the bottom surface side of the automobile, and is laid on a floor surface of the automobile. Therein, the rib 4 is formed with a pattern which forms the recessed parts 5 of a polygonal shape in the bottom surface sight along a lateral edge 21 of the top plate part 2, and the pattern is formed with a plurality of arrays intersecting the lateral edge 21 and is formed so as to shift the position along the lateral edge 21 between a plurality of adjacent arrays.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】部分的に強度の低い箇所が生じたりすることなく、一定の強度特性及び平坦性を確保しながら軽量化を図ることが可能な車両用内装材、及び、それを得ることが可能な発泡樹脂成形体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】自動車の室内側に配置される天板部2と、天板部2の裏面2b側に凹所5を複数形成するリブ4を具備し、自動車の底面側に配置される肉抜き形状のスペーサ部3とを備え、自動車の床面に敷設される車両用内装材1であり、リブ4は、天板部2の側縁21に沿って、底面視で多角形状の凹所5を形成するパターンで形成され、このパターンは、側縁21に交差する複数の列で形成され、かつ、隣接する複数の列間で側縁21に沿って位置をずらして形成されている。【選択図】図1
