PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize operation in shortest 1 cycle time even by a low skilled operator to improve entire working efficiency relating to loading.SOLUTION: Position, moving speed and swing angle of a grab bucket 8 are acquired and stored as operation data. A graph is created, in which a lateral position divided with a pre-set length range is defined on a lateral axis and a winding position divided with a pre-set height range is defined on a vertical axis. A cycle in which the grab bucket 8 moves from a position where it grasps separated objects to hopper upper side, releases them and returns the grasping position again is defined as 1 cycle. Operation data having the shortest 1 cycle time defined with criterion as the position where the grab bucket 8 grasps the separated objects is selected as collected data for every cells on the graph. A lateral position and a winding position are detected at the start time of closing action at a separated object upper surface landing position of the grab bucket 8. Operation data corresponding to the position is selected from the collected data. A motor speed instruction is outputted to an inverter 28 so that automatic operation consistent with the operation data is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】熟練度の低いオペレータでも1サイクルの時間が最短となる運転を行えるようにし、荷揚げに関する全体の運転効率向上を図る。【解決手段】グラブバケット8の位置と移動速度と振れ角とを求め運転データとして記録し、横軸に設定長さ範囲で分割した横行位置を取り縦軸に設定高さ範囲で分割した巻上位置を取った表を作成し、グラブバケット8がバラ物を掴んだ位置からホッパ上方へ移動して放出し再び掴む位置へ戻るまでを1サイクルとし、グラブバケット8がバラ物を掴んだ位置を基準として1サイクルの時間が最短となる運転データを表のセル毎に集計データとして選別し、グラブバケット8のバラ物上面着床地点での閉動作開始時における横行位置と巻上位置とを検出し、その位置に対応する運転データを集計データから選択し、運転データと合致する自動運転が行われるようインバータ28へモータ速度指令を出力する。【選択図】図1
