The invention relates to a grab bucket anti-swing AI recognition system for a grab bucket ship unloader, and the system specifically comprises the following modules: a camera module which is provided with two high-definition industrial-grade cameras, is equipped with an adjustable holder device, and is installed above a grab bucket; the image processing module is provided with a primary processing unit, an AI identification unit and a coordinate conversion unit and is used for receiving the video information from the camera module; the anti-swing control module comprises a calculation unit and an instruction output unit, and calculates and outputs an anti-swing control instruction according to the data output by the image processing module; the mechanism control module is provided with a driving motor, a frequency converter and a sensing device, and is used for receiving an instruction of the anti-swing control module and adjusting the movement of the trolley and the rope so as to stabilize the position of the grab bucket; and the main controller module adopts a high-performance industrial computer to coordinate the work of each module. The grab bucket ship unloader solves the problem that in the operation process of a traditional grab bucket ship unloader, a grab bucket is prone to shaking in the lifting and moving processes.

    本发明涉及一种用于抓斗卸船机的抓斗防摇AI识别系统,具体包括以下模块:摄像头模块,设置有两个高清工业级摄像头,配有可调节的云台装置,安装于抓斗上方;图像处理模块,设置有初步处理单元,AI识别单元,坐标转换单元,接收来自摄像头模块的视频信息;防摇控制模块,包括计算单元和指令输出单元,根据图像处理模块输出的数据,计算并输出防摇控制指令;机构控制模块,设置有驱动电机,变频器以及传感装置,接收防摇控制模块的指令,调整小车和绳索的运动,以稳定抓斗位置;主控制器模块,采用高性能工业计算机,协调各模块的工作。本发明解决了传统抓斗卸船机在作业过程中抓斗在升降和移动过程中容易出现摇晃的问题。
