PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular brake apparatus capable of maintaining a comfortable ride in a vehicle even when a braking is required for the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicular brake apparatus 10 includes: a disk brake mechanism (a braking force generation part) for generating braking force independently and respectively in front and rear wheels of a vehicle; and an information obtainment part (a vehicular speed obtainment part) 211 for obtaining a vehicular speed of the vehicle. A braking force control part 215 generates braking force in a rear wheel ahead of a front wheel, the braking force related to a braking requirement generated in the vehicle and performs control in which a speed of increasing the braking force related to the braking requirement is set more gradual as a vehicular speed is higher when the braking requirement has occurred.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両において制動要求が生じた際であっても、車両の乗り心地を快適に維持可能な車両用制動装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両用制動装置10は、車両の前輪及び後輪のそれぞれに独立して制動力を発生させるディスクブレーキ機構(制動力発生部)と、車両の車速を取得する情報取得部(車速取得部)211と、を備える。制動力制御部215は、車両に生じた制動要求に係る制動力を、前輪に先行して後輪に発生させると共に、制動要求が生じた際の車速が高いほど制動要求に係る制動力の増大速度を緩やかにする制御を行う。【選択図】図2
