PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device of manufacturing a joint component allowing for efficiently carrying out joint work when second workpiece such as a bracket is joined with first workpiece such as a pipe of a steering member in plural stages.SOLUTION: Joint work of a bracke to a steering member body is carried out in two joint stages. The bracket is joined to the steering member body in the first joint stage in which first tact time is accepted as work time, and the bracket is joined to the steering member body in the second joint stage in which second tact time is accepted. Rotations to an angle position of the second workpiece initially joined in the second joint stage are carried out after the joining of the bracket to be joined finally in the first joint stage or before the bracket to be joined initially in the second joint stage. Work time t1 or t3 is made to be within the first tact time, and work time t2 or t4 is made to be within the second tact time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22

    【課題】ステアリングメンバのパイプのような第1のワークに対してブラケットのような第2のワークを複数のステージにおいて接合する際の接合作業を効率的に行うことができる接合部品の製造方法及び接合装置を提供する。【解決手段】ステアリングメンバ本体にブラケットの接合を2つの接合ステージにおいて行い、作業時間として第1のタクトタイムが許容される第1接合ステージでステアリングメンバ本体にブラケットを接合し、第2のタクトタイムが許容される第2接合ステージでステアリングメンバ本体にブラケットを接合する。第2接合ステージにおいて最初に接合する第2のワークの角度位置への回転は、第1接合ステージにおいて最後に接合されるブラケットの接合後または第2接合ステージにおいて最初に接合するブラケットを接合する前に行い、作業時間t1またはt3を第1のタクトタイム以内とし、作業時間t2またはt4を第2のタクトタイム以内とする。【選択図】図22
