PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method for a joint component that can arrange a first work at a design position by an industrial robot without any interference with a second work in manufacture of the joint component formed by joining the first work to the second work.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device according to the present invention moves a first work 81 to a holding position where the first work does not interfere with a second work 80 first when putting the first work close to the second work. Then the quantity of deviation of the holding position from a design position is measured. Based upon the quantity of deviation, the first work is rotated around an axis along a length direction of the second work so that the distance between a joint surface 81a of the first work and a joint surface 80a of the second work is at a constant interval without reference to a joint place. Lastly, a first joint part 1 is put closer to the second work along a normal direction for the axis, and positioned in a normal direction of the first work for the second work to be held at a joint position.

    【課題】第1のワークを第2のワークに接合して形成される接合部品の製造において、産業用ロボットによって第1のワークを第2のワークに干渉しないように設計位置に配置することが可能な接合部品の製造装置および製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る製造装置は、第1のワーク81を第2のワーク80に接近させる際に、まず、第1のワークを第2のワークと干渉しない保持位置に移動させる。次に、設計位置に対する保持位置のずれ量を計測する。ずれ量に基づいて、第1のワークの接合面81aと第2のワークの接合面80aとの間の距離が接合箇所に拘わらず一定の間隔となるように第1のワークを第2のワークの長手方向に沿う軸線周りに回動させる。最後に、軸線に対する法線方向に沿って、第1の接合部1を第2のワークに接近させて、第2のワークに対する第1のワークの法線方向の位置を合わせることで接合位置に保持する。【選択図】図7
