PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling and heating system for a short-distance travel electric vehicle capable of being used while a comfortable in-vehicle space is kept from a use start time with an extremely simple configuration, while suppressing manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A cooling and heating system for a short-distance travel electric vehicle includes: a thermoelectric element unit 7 connected to a charging circuit 6 for charging a battery 4 from an external power source 5 that performs heat transfer between the two surfaces 7A and 7B; a heat accumulator 8 configured so as to be connected to the one surface 7A of the thermoelectric element unit 7; an air-conditioning heat exchanger 9 configured so as to be connected to the heat accumulator 8; a timer 10 for setting a use start time TS of a vehicle 2; and a control part 11 for controlling the charging of the battery 4 from the external power source 5 by the charging circuit, the heat accumulation to the heat accumulator 8, and the electric power supply to the thermoelectric element unit 7 that performs heat transfer to an in-vehicle space 2A through the air-conditioning heat exchanger 9, causing the battery to be in a fully-charged state at the use start time TS, and causing the heat accumulator 8 and the in-vehicle space 2A to accumulate heat at an appropriate temperature.
【課題】極めて簡単な構成で製造コストを抑えながら、使用開始時刻から快適な車内空間を保って利用することができる近距離走行電気自動車の冷暖房システムを提供する。【解決手段】外部電源5からバッテリ4に充電する充電回路6に接続されて二つの面7A,7Bの間で熱移動を行なう熱電素子ユニット7と、この熱電素子ユニット7の一つの面7Aに接続可能に構成された蓄熱器8と、この蓄熱器8に接続可能に構成された空調用熱交換器9と、車両2の使用開始時刻TSを設定するタイマ10と、前記外部電源5からの充電回路によるバッテリ4への充電と、蓄熱器8への蓄熱と、更に空調用熱交換器9を介して車内空間2Aに熱移動を行う熱電素子ユニット7への給電とを制御して、使用開始時刻TSにおいてバッテリを満充電状態とし、蓄熱器8及び車内空間2Aを適温蓄熱する制御部11とを備える。【選択図】図1
