PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction which can prevent the mischief of a third party and can enable the user to select a timing, at which a second electrical part can be turned off, while making it possible to use a second electrical part to be used in a travel stop state, after the electric conduction of a first electrical part to be used for the travel has been turned off.SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 comprises: a first actuator 27 enabled by the operation of a driver to switch the electric conduction and non-conduction to a first electrical part 7 to be used for travel; a second actuator 13 enabled by the operation of a driver to switch the electric conduction and the non-conduction to a second electrical part 14 capable of being used in a travel stop state; and a retainer 11 caused to start the conduction to the second electrical part 14, when both the first actuator 27 and the second actuator 13 are operated for electric conduction, and hold the electric conduction to the second electrical part 14 till the second actuator 13 is operated for the non-conduction operation, even if the first actuator 27 is operated for the non-conduction operation after the start of the electric conduction to the second electrical part 14.
