PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress that a vehicle becomes impossible to travel even if an abnormal condition occurs, and to enable a user to recognize the occurrence of the abnormal condition.SOLUTION: A switch circuit 49 is connected to a high-pressure side capacitor 46 in parallel, and a connection point of switches SW1 and SW2 is connected to a vehicle body. An insulation resistance monitor 52 for determining an insulation state between the switch SW2 and the vehicle body is provided. Even when an abnormal condition that the switch SW2 is fixed to be turned on occurs, by turning off the switch SW1, it can be suppressed that a vehicle becomes impossible to travel. When it is determined that insulation resistance between the switch SW2 and the vehicle body is deteriorated on the basis of a voltage waveform from the insulation resistance monitor 52, a warning lamp 56 is turned on, thereby enabling a user to recognize the occurrence of the abnormal condition.

    【課題】異常が生じても車両が走行不能になることを抑制すると共にユーザに異常が生じていることを認識させる。【解決手段】高圧側コンデンサ46に並列にスイッチ回路49を接続し、スイッチSW1,SW2の接続点を車両の車体に接続し、スイッチSW2と車体との絶縁状態を判定する絶縁抵抗モニタ52を設けた。スイッチSW2がオン固定となる異常が生じたときでも、スイッチSW1をオフさせることにより、車両が走行不能になることを抑制することができる。また、絶縁抵抗モニタ52からの電圧波形に基づいてスイッチSW2と車体との間の絶縁抵抗が低下していると判定されたときに、警告ランプ56を点灯させることにより、ユーザに異常が生じていることを認識させることができる。【選択図】図1
