PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell ship in which a cooling effect of a heat generating body as a constituent element constituting a propulsion system of the ship is secured and furthermore, an available space in the ship is expanded .SOLUTION: The fuel cell ship includes in a hull, propulsion system comprised of a fuel cell 3, a propeller 6 and an electric motor 5 which obtains electric power from the fuel cell 3 and drives the propeller. In the hull of the fuel cell ship 10, a heat generating body 7 is arranged in a draft part immersed under water, of the hull 11 so as to be in close contact with the draft part and the heat generating body is cooled with water temperature conducted via the draft part of the hull 11.

    【課題】燃料電池船において、その推進システムを構成する構成要素としての発熱体の冷却効果を確保しつつ、船内の有効スペースの拡大を図る。【解決手段】燃料電池船10の船体11には、燃料電池3、プロペラ6、及び、該燃料電池3より電力を得て該プロペラを駆動する電動モータ5にて構成された推進システムを装備している。該燃料電池船10の船体内において、該船体11のうち、水面下に浸漬される喫水部に、発熱体7を密着状に配置し、該船体11の該喫水部を介して伝わる水温にて該発熱体を冷却する。【選択図】図2
