The fuel cell ship of the present invention can prevent the fuel cell ship from being stopped at the sea during navigation even when a fuel cell malfunctions during navigation or when the fuel cell reaches the service life of the equipment. This fuel cell ship is provided with: a propulsion device that generates propulsion force by means of electric power on a ship hull; a power supply unit that supplies power to the propulsion device; and a degradation rate control unit that adjusts the degradation rate. The power supply unit has a plurality of fuel cells that generate power by means of an electrochemical reaction of fuel, and at least one storage battery.
