PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proof control unit capable of simplifying a molding structure of a cover or base which is formed in a molding or a sheet metal working manner, while preventing a connector housing from getting longer.SOLUTION: A circuit board 300A is stored and sealed in a housing which is constituted of a base 200A and a cover 400A with a part of the connector housing 330A mounted on the circuit board 300A exposed. Between the cover 400A and the connector housing 330A, a waterproof seal material 501 is applied to a first seal gap which includes an outer step flat parts 301a and 401a, step-slopes 301b and 401b, and inner step flat parts 301c and 401c. Between the base 200A and the connector housing 330A or cover 400A, a waterproof seal material is applied to second and third seal gaps which constitutes a convex and concave sealing faces in which a convex and a concave are detachably engaged with each other.

    【課題】成形加工あるいは板金加工されるカバーまたはベースの金型構造を簡単化し、しかもコネクタハウジングが胴長寸法となるのを抑制した防水型制御ユニットを得る。【解決手段】回路基板300Aに搭載されたコネクタハウジング330Aの一部を露出させて、回路基板300Aをベース200Aとカバー400Aで構成された筐体に密閉収納するものにおいて、カバー400Aとコネクタハウジング330Aとの間は、外段平坦部301a、401a、段丘斜面部301b、401b、内段平坦部301c、401cによって構成された第一シール間隙に防水シール材501を塗布し、ベース200Aとコネクタハウジング330Aまたはカバー400Aとの間は、凸条と凹条とが遊嵌する凸凹シール面を構成する第二、第三シール間隙に防水シール材を塗布する。【選択図】図3
