PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a running state according to the condition of a battery.SOLUTION: An inverted two-wheel vehicle 1 comprises: a battery 14; wheels 11; a drive part 12: a calculation part 15 calculating the capacity of the battery 14; a storage part 17 storing the transition of a discharge amount on the basis of the battery capacity calculated by the calculation part 15 and/or the transition of torque output according to a discharge pattern; a control part 13 controlling the discharge condition of the battery 14 according to the operation of an occupant and a FCC (Full Charge Capacity) stored in the storage part 17; a determination part 16 determining on the basis of the transition of the discharge amount and/or the transition of the torque output stored in the storage part 17 whether or not the discharge pattern is ideal, and deciding whether or not to update and store the FCC into the storage part 17; a first monitoring part 18 not permitting updating of the FCC to the storage part 17 when update frequency of the FCC is higher than predetermined first frequency; and a second monitoring part 28 stopping the update determination of the FCC when the update frequency is lower than predetermined second frequency.
