PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control apparatus capable of improving start performance even in the case of having an idling-stop function and a vehicular stoppage maintenance function.SOLUTION: A vehicular control apparatus 100 includes: stop restart means 41 for stopping an engine in a case where an engine stop condition is met and restarting the engine in a case where a restart condition is met; braking-force maintenance means 42 for maintaining braking-force to stop a vehicle; and, further, braking-force reduction means 46 for reducing maintained braking-force in a different mode dependently on whether the stop restart means has restarted the engine in the case of the braking-force maintenance means braking the vehicle.

    【課題】アイドリングストップ機能と停車維持機能を備えた場合でも、発進性能を向上させることが可能な車両用制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】エンジン停止条件を満たす場合にエンジンを停止させ、再始動条件を満たす場合にエンジンを再始動させる停止再始動手段41と、車両を停止させる制動力を維持する制動力維持手段42と、を有する車両用制御装置100であって、前記制動力維持手段が車両を制動している場合に、前記停止再始動手段がエンジンを再始動させたか否かに応じて、維持されている制動力を異なる態様で低減する制動力低減手段46、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
