A novel 25KV pantograph control circuit, comprising two groups of sub-control circuits, each group of the sub-control circuits being used for controlling the uprising and descending of a group of pantographs, wherein each group of sub-control circuits comprises a pantograph uprising valve (PUV), a pantograph uprising relay (KAPU), an interlock relay (KAPI),a pantograph descending relay (KAPDW1), a high-voltage isolation attracting electromagnetic valve (PDCV) and a high-voltage isolation relay. When an instruction is input at a pantograph descending instruction input end, the third group of normally closed contacts of the KAPDW1 are disconnected, and thus, the PDCV loses power, so that coils of the high-voltage isolation relay lose power; and the normally open contacts thereof which are connected between the PUV and the KAPU are disconnected, and thus, the PUV loses power, and the corresponding pantograph finally descends. In the present invention, a corresponding pantograph automatically descends as long as an instruction is input at the pantograph descending instruction input end.
