This system (1100) for the real-time control of at least one connection (1021 to 1024) between first and second structures (10, 12), at least the second structure being a floating structure, the link being connectable by a first end to the first structure and by its second end to the second structure, is characterized in that it comprises: an acquisition means (104, 105, 106, 1152) for acquiring dynamic variables pertaining to the movement of the second end of the link with respect to its first end, a means of determining a parameter representative of the mechanical stresses experienced by the or each link, on the basis of the dynamic variables delivered by the acquisition means, and a means of generating a setpoint value as a function of the parameter or parameters delivered by the determining means.
