A tire inner liner comprising a material that contains a thermoplastic elastomer composition, which is constituted from a thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic-resin component and an elastomer component, said tire inner liner characterized in that, in a temperature dependent curve of tanδ of the material, the maximum value of tanδ occurs between 20°C and 70°C inclusive.
