A tire inner liner comprising a material that contains a thermoplastic elastomer composition, which is constituted from a thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic-resin component and an elastomer component, said tire inner liner characterized in that, in a temperature dependent curve of tan[delta] of the material, the maximum value of tan[delta] occurs between 20 DEG C and 70 DEG C inclusive.
