A low-noise and high-wet-skidding-resistance tire, comprising a tread pattern, wherein the tread pattern comprises a pattern groove (20), and a scale-shaped concave-convex structure (a, b) is disposed on each of two side walls (a', b') of a pattern groove. The scale-shaped concave-convex structure (a, b) is added to the wall (a', b') of the pattern groove, thereby disturbing the flowing characteristics of an external airflow in the pattern groove (20), and reducing noise generated through movement of a gas inside the pattern groove (20), especially the longitudinal pattern groove. In addition, a design of a scale-shaped concave-convex groove increases pressure between the wall of the pattern groove and the fluid, and increases a flow rate of a fluid, thereby improving the drainage performance of the product.
