The second edge flange (42) of the housing (4A) of the spring brake cylinder (4) is plastically deformed from the outside about the sealing element (14) and about the first edge flange (40) of the intermediate wall (6) in such a way that the housing (4A) of the spring brake cylinder (4) is connected to the intermediate wall (6) and the sealing element (14) is maintained in a form-fitting manner between the first edge flange (40) of the intermediate wall (6) and the second edge flange (42) of the housing (4A) of the spring brake cylinder (4).
