An in-vehicle power supply apparatus (10) that provides power supply from a secondary battery (4) installed in a vehicle to at least one in-vehicle device (standard quality electric load 20, 21, high quality electric load 30, super high quality electric load 40) includes a voltage compensating unit (voltage compensating section 12) that suppresses and compensates for a decrease in a voltage supplied to the at least one in-vehicle device in a case where a voltage supplied to the at least one in-vehicle devices has become less than or equal to a first predetermined value, and an uninterruptible power supply unit (uninterruptible power supply section 13) that supplies electric power of another secondary battery different from the secondary battery to at least a part of the at least one in-vehicle device in a case where a voltage supplied to the at least one in-vehicle device has become less than or equal to a second predetermined value that is smaller than the first predetermined value.
