The invention discloses an ORIS-assisted unmanned aerial vehicle relay FSO communication flight path planning method, and the method comprises the steps: building an unmanned aerial vehicle flight path optimization model, and taking an ORIS optimal phase shift and an optimal flight path as objective functions when the traversal capacity of a communication system is maximized; decomposing the optimization model into a first sub-model for solving the ORIS phase shift optimization problem of the unmanned aerial vehicle under the fixed flight path and a second sub-model for solving the flight path problem of the unmanned aerial vehicle under the fixed ORIS phase shift condition, and solving the first sub-model by using a simulated annealing algorithm; solving the second sub-model by using a DDQN algorithm; repeatedly iterating to obtain a Q network meeting the condition; and finally, obtaining the unmanned aerial vehicle track meeting the condition according to the Q network. According to the method, the maneuverability of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the controllability of the ORIS are fully utilized, and high-quality communication can be provided for mobile users under the condition that the traversal capacity is maximized; and optimizing the phase shift of the ORIS through a simulated annealing algorithm to reduce the influence of a directivity error, and optimizing the flight path of the unmanned aerial vehicle by using a DDQN algorithm to obtain an optimal flight path of the unmanned aerial vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种ORIS辅助的无人机中继FSO通信航迹规划方法,建立无人机航迹优化模型,以获取通信系统遍历容量最大化时的ORIS最优相移和最优航迹为目标函数;将优化模型分解为解决无人机在固定航迹下的ORIS相移优化问题的第一子模型和固定ORIS相移情况下的无人机航迹问题的第二子模型,利用模拟退火算法求解第一子模型;利用DDQN算法求解第二子模型;反复迭代获得符合条件的Q网络;最后根据Q网络得到符合条件的无人机航迹。本发明充分利用无人机的机动性及ORIS的可调控性,可以在最大化遍历容量情况下,为移动用户提供高质量通信;通过模拟退火算法对ORIS的相移进行优化减小指向性误差的影响,并利用DDQN算法对无人机航迹进行优化,得到最优的无人机航迹。
