The embodiment of the invention provides a suspension control method and device suitable for a user outside a vehicle, equipment and a medium, and aims to improve the user experience and the response stability of a suspension. The method comprises the following steps: in response to a received interaction instruction, acquiring a collected image, and determining key point position information of a user in the collected image; wherein the key point position information comprises first position information of a reference point and second position information of an interaction target point; determining a first motion parameter of the suspension based on a relative position relationship between the reference point and the interaction target point; and controlling the suspension to move based on the first motion parameter.
