The invention provides a vehicle suspension control method, device and equipment and a medium, a vehicle comprises a suspension of a domain controller framework, the suspension is integrated with an electric control damping system and an air suspension system, and the method comprises the steps that personalized requirements from a vehicle machine system are configured based on a service interface provided by a domain controller, and the service interface is used for providing a service interface; determining different control strategies corresponding to the vehicle in different scenes; the current scene of the vehicle is obtained, and a control strategy corresponding to the electric control damping system and the air suspension system is determined according to the current scene of the vehicle; and according to the control strategy, each actuator in the electric control damping system and the air suspension system is controlled so as to adjust the height or/and comfort of the vehicle suspension, and the driving and riding experience of a user is improved.
