The invention discloses an electric control lock with a tooth disengagement prevention function, which comprises a lock plate, a driving assembly, a lock hook piece and a lock catch piece, the driving assembly comprises a motor, a driven gear, a driving gear and a rotating seat which are arranged on a lock shell, the driving gear and the rotating seat are coaxially and rotatably arranged, and a torsion spring is arranged between the driving gear and the lock shell; a first limiting structure used for limiting one end of the torsion spring is arranged between the torsion spring and the driving gear, and a second limiting structure used for limiting the other end of the torsion spring is arranged between the torsion spring and the lock shell. According to the fact that meshing force between the driving gear and the driven gear is released in a tooth disengaging mode, in the rotating process of the driving gear, the two ends of the torsion spring are extruded by the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure to generate elastic deformation, and the elastic deformation force of the torsion spring is used for driving the driving gear to be disengaged and released to achieve rapid returning. The reliability, durability and operation efficiency of locking and unlocking of the electric control lock are improved.

    本发明公开了一种具有防脱齿功能电控锁具,包括锁板、驱动总成、锁钩件和锁扣件,驱动总成包括设置于锁壳的电机、从动齿轮、驱动齿轮和转动座,驱动齿轮与转动座同轴转动设置,并在驱动齿轮与锁壳之间设有扭力弹簧,扭力弹簧与驱动齿轮之间设置有用于限制扭力弹簧一端的第一限位结构,扭力弹簧与锁壳之间设置有用于限制扭力弹簧另一端的第二限位结构;根据驱动齿轮与从动齿轮之间通过脱齿方式泄掉齿轮间咬合力,在驱动齿轮转动过程中,扭力弹簧的两端受到第一、第二限位结构挤压而发生弹性形变,利用扭力弹簧的弹性形变力驱使驱动齿轮脱齿泄力后实现快速回位,提升电控锁具闭锁和解锁的可靠性、耐用性和操作效率。
