The control method comprises the steps that in response to the situation that the temperature of the power battery is larger than a preset temperature, multiple first historical working powers of a driving motor before the current moment are obtained, and the first output power of the fuel cell at the current moment; determining a predicted working power required by the driving motor at a next moment after the current moment based on the plurality of first historical working powers; determining the offset of the predicted working power relative to the first output power; determining a second output power of the fuel cell at the next moment based on the offset to reduce a difference between the second output power and the predicted operating power; and when the next moment arrives, the fuel cell is controlled to output according to second output power, and the second output power is used for being output to the driving motor or distributed to the driving motor and the power cell.
