The invention provides an active suspension structure, a control system and an automobile. The active suspension structure comprises a shaft joint, a sliding column assembly, a first transmission mechanism, a driving motor and a second transmission mechanism. The shaft joints are used for connecting wheels; one end of the sliding column assembly is installed in the shaft joint, and the other end of the sliding column assembly is used for being connected with a vehicle body. The first transmission mechanism is installed on the shaft joint, an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the first transmission mechanism, and the first transmission mechanism is connected with the sliding column assembly through the second transmission mechanism. Compared with the active suspension structure, the whole structure is easy to assemble, and the space arrangement requirement is lowered; the driving motor can be controlled to generate driving force to drive the first transmission mechanism to move, the first transmission mechanism then drives the second transmission mechanism to move, the second transmission mechanism drives the sliding column assembly to move up and down in the shaft joint, speed reduction and torque increase are achieved through the first transmission mechanism and the second transmission mechanism, and the transmission efficiency is improved.
