The invention discloses an automobile active suspension control method. A sensing data acquisition unit, a road condition state sensing unit, a mode switching control unit, an expert data calibration unit, a closed-loop control force correction unit and an active suspension control unit are included. Wherein the sensing data acquisition unit is used for acquiring vehicle data; the road condition sensing unit is used for judging vehicle driving conditions including but not limited to a bumpy road surface, an ice, snow and muddy road surface, a ramp road surface, a turning road surface and a good-level road surface; the mode switching control unit is used for adopting different sensing modes, including a strong sensing mode, a middle sensing mode and a weak sensing mode, according to different vehicle driving working conditions; the expert data calibration unit integrates an expert database through simulation, real vehicle calibration and experience analysis; the closed-loop correction force correction unit is used for constructing a closed-loop correction function so as to correct the active suspension control force; the active suspension control unit is used for controlling lifting of the chassis to achieve vehicle body posture adjustment.

    本发明公开了一种汽车主动悬架控制方法,包括传感数据采集单元、路况状态感知单元、模式切换控制单元、专家数据标定单元、闭环控制力修正单元和主动悬架控制单元。其中,传感数据采集单元用于采集车辆数据;路况状态感知单元用于判断车辆行驶工况,包括但不限于颠簸路面、冰雪泥泞路面、坡道路面、转弯路面和水平良好路面;模式切换控制单元用于根据不同的车辆行驶工况采用不同的感知模式,包括强感知模式、中感知模式和弱感知模式;专家数据标定单元通过仿真、实车标定和经验分析,集成专家数据库;闭环修正力修正单元用于构建闭环修正函数,进而修正主动悬架控制力;主动悬架控制单元用于控制底盘升降,实现车身姿态调整。
