The invention provides an automobile semi-active suspension damping control method. An acquisition module, a conversion module, a processing module and a control module are included. The control method comprises the following steps of S1, collecting the current sprung mass through a sensor; S2, collecting automobile speed information through a sensor; S3, respectively inputting the information into an A/D conversion module; S4, inputting the converted digital information into a control module; S5, analyzing and outputting a control signal U by the control module; and S6, inputting the control signal U into a D/A conversion module, and outputting control voltage to adjust suspension damping. The semi-active suspension damping control method has the advantages that a multi-point measurement mode is adopted, sprung mass and vehicle body speed information are collected, damping of the semi-active suspension is changed through a fuzzy control algorithm in the controller, and the comfort and safety of the suspension are effectively improved.

    本发明提供了一种汽车半主动悬架阻尼控制方法,包括采集模块、转换模块、处理模块和控制模块。所述控制方法包括以下步骤:S1:通过传感器采集当前簧载质量;S2:通过传感器采集汽车速度信息;S3:将上述信息分别输入A/D转换模块;S4:将转换后的数字信息输入控制模块;S5:控制模块分析并输出控制信号U;S6:将控制信号U进行输入D/A转换模块,输出控制电压对悬架阻尼进行调整。本发明有以下效果:采用多点测量方式,通过采集簧载质量和车身速度信息,通过控制器中的模糊控制算法改变半主动悬架的阻尼,有效的提升了悬架的舒适性和安全性。
