Therefore, the problems that in the prior art, the voltage state of the storage battery can only be detected within the set time, the voltage state of the storage battery cannot be detected in real time, the real-time performance of detection is reduced, the voltage of the storage battery cannot be detected from multiple aspects, the risk of power shortage of the storage battery is increased, and the service life of the storage battery is shortened are solved.
