To provide a technique that allows charging of a storage battery vehicle using a simple arrangement that utilizes existing installations or equipment without increasing cost.SOLUTION: A charging device for a storage battery vehicle comprises: a vehicle stopper; a connection device which is provided on the vehicle stopper and to which the storage battery vehicle is connected; a charging electric connection device which is provided on the vehicle stopper adjacent to the connection device and to which the storage battery vehicle is connected in a chargeable manner; and a DC power supply that is connected to the charging electric connection device and supplies DC power to the charging electric connection device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
