A worker can control the number of rotation turns of the winding shaft by controlling the working time of the motor, so that the depth of the water pumping pipe in a water body can be controlled, water bodies with different depths can be conveniently sampled, the number of data which can be obtained during sampling water quality detection is increased, and the accuracy of a detection result in the whole environment is improved.
