Switching between a sealing state and an opening state in the device is realized by controlling the air valve, when the device is opened, the push rod is controlled to move downwards to drive the water taking tank to move downwards to sample the water quality in the current environment, and then the water quality is sent to sampling bottles of all detectors for detection, so that the automation and comprehensiveness of the monitoring device are improved.
