The invention discloses a satellite anti-collision method and device and a computer readable storage medium. Relates to the technical field of satellites. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring obstacle information of obstacles in a movable range of a target satellite; according to the obstacle information and the target satellite information of the target satellite, the probability that the target satellite does not collide with the obstacle is calculated; calculating an energy value consumed by the target satellite according to the height of the target satellite adjusted for avoiding collision; constructing a consumption calculation model according to the probability that the target satellite does not collide with the obstacle and the energy value consumed by the target satellite; and solving the consumption calculation model through a genetic algorithm by taking the minimum consumption as a target, and determining the adjustment height of the target satellite. Therefore, the technical problem that fuel consumption is too high when the satellite avoids the obstacle is solved.
