The invention relates to a vehicle anti-collision method and device, and a computer readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of automatic driving. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: receiving vehicle driving information broadcasted by other vehicles in a field range of the vehicle; predicting whether the other vehicles collide with the vehicle or not according to the vehicle driving information of the other vehicles; and sending out early warning information under the condition that other vehicles are predicted to collide with the vehicle. According to the scheme, through communication between the vehicles, performance defects of the sensors can be overcome, an automatic driving control system is assisted in making decisions and sensingbetter, and the safety of an automatic driving vehicle is improved.
