The invention discloses an ultrasonic guided wave detection method and system for identifying steel rail cracks, and the method comprises the steps: collecting an ultrasonic reflection signal; reconstructing the ultrasonic reflection signal through a crack reflection wave dictionary, and determining a reconstructed ultrasonic signal; determining an ultrasonic reflection time based on the reconstructed ultrasonic signal and the ultrasonic reflection signal; and determining the crack position according to the ultrasonic reflection time. By reconstructing the collected ultrasonic guided wave data, the damage position on the steel rail can be positioned with high precision, and the detection reliability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于识别钢轨裂缝的超声导波检测方法及检测系统,其中,超声导波检测方法包括:采集超声反射信号;通过裂缝反射波字典重构所述超声反射信号,确定重构超声信号;基于所述重构超声信号和所述超声反射信号确定超声反射时间;依据所述超声反射时间确定裂缝位置。通过对采集到的超声导波数据进行重构,可高精度定位钢轨上的损伤位置,提高检测的可靠性。
