The invention provides a triangular crawler wheel robot and a transition method thereof between right-angle wall surfaces, and relates to the field of robotics.The triangular crawler wheel robot comprises a robot body, permanent magnet triangular crawler wheels and belt wheel angle adjusting devices, and the permanent magnet triangular crawler wheels and the belt wheel angle adjusting devices are correspondingly arranged at the two ends of the robot body in the walking direction of the robot body; each permanent magnet triangular crawler wheel comprises a triangular crawler wheel body and a permanent magnet attraction part, the permanent magnet attraction parts are arranged on the surface of the triangular crawler wheel body, the triangular crawler wheel bodies are used for being attracted to a magnetic metal wall face through the permanent magnet attraction parts, and the two belt wheel angle adjusting devices are in driving connection with the corresponding permanent magnet triangular crawler wheels correspondingly. And the belt wheel angle adjusting device is used for driving the permanent magnet triangular crawler wheel to rotate so as to adjust the deflection angle of the permanent magnet triangular crawler wheel relative to the robot body, so that the permanent magnet triangular crawler wheel transits from one magnetic metal wall surface to the other magnetic metal wall surface. The robot can walk on the magnetic metal wall face, and the application range of the robot is widened.

    本发明提供了一种三角履带轮机器人及其在直角壁面间进行过渡的方法,涉及机器人领域,包括机器人本体、永磁三角履带轮及带轮角度调整装置,机器人本体沿其行走方向的两端均对应设有永磁三角履带轮及带轮角度调整装置,永磁三角履带轮包括三角履带轮本体及永磁吸附件,三角履带轮本体的表面设有永磁吸附件,三角履带轮本体用于通过永磁吸附件吸附在磁性金属壁面上,两个带轮角度调整装置分别与对应的永磁三角履带轮驱动连接,带轮角度调整装置用于驱动永磁三角履带轮转动,以调整永磁三角履带轮相对机器人本体的偏转角度,使得永磁三角履带轮由一个磁性金属壁面过渡到另一个磁性金属壁面。机器人能够在磁性金属壁面上行走,提高其应用范围。
