The invention discloses a train coupling method which comprises the steps that a coupling operation area is set, a guide mark is generated according to the position of a coupled train parked in the coupling operation area, the guide mark is arranged on the ground of the coupling operation area, and the guide mark comprises a collision speed limiting point, an electronic fence point and a built-in protection area; and the uncoupled train is controlled to collide with the coupled train according to the guide mark, and the coupling operation is completed. The area controller calculates to obtain the guide mark which is fixed on the ground and does not move along with the front train (the coupled train) according to the line characteristics of the coupling operation area and the position of the coupled train in the coupling operation area, the position of the guide mark is fixed before coupling operation, and the position of the guide mark is not changed after collision. Complexity of control and ground protection logic of a de-coupling train according to mobile authorization MA is effectively reduced, and coupling operation efficiency is improved.
