The invention provides a charging control system and method for a vehicle storage battery and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of new energy. The electricity supplementing control system is applied to a vehicle provided with a power battery, the electricity supplementing control system comprises a vehicle-mounted communication module, a vehicle body control module and a power domain controller, the vehicle-mounted communication module is in communication connection with the vehicle body control module, and the vehicle body control module is connected with the power domain controller through a hard wire; the vehicle-mounted communication module is used for detecting the battery voltage of a vehicle storage battery based on the charging configuration information and sending a charging request to the vehicle body control module when the battery voltage meets a preset charging condition; the vehicle body control module is used for responding to the charging request and awakening the power domain controller through a hard wire; and the power domain controller is used for triggering the charging system to charge a vehicle storage battery of the vehicle. According to the charging control system, the possibility of over-discharge of the storage battery of the vehicle is reduced.
