The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent manufacturing, in particular to a helicopter transmission shaft coaxiality measuring and adjusting method and device, equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a virtual operation environment of a helicopter tail transmission shaft; a joint driver is configured in the virtual operation environment, and the joint driver is used for simulating the adjustment of increasing or decreasing gaskets of the helicopter tail transmission shaft; obtaining measurement data of the helicopter tail transmission shaft in a real operation environment, and mapping the measurement data to the virtual operation environment based on a virtual-real mapping relation between the virtual operation environment and the real operation environment; and acquiring an attitude adjustment mathematical model in the virtual environment, determining a target adjustment amount of increasing and decreasing gaskets of the helicopter tail transmission shaft according to the model, and further determining the target adjustment amount in a real scene through a virtual-real mapping relation to adjust the coaxiality of the helicopter tail transmission shaft. Therefore, the problems of low efficiency and the like due to the fact that gaskets are added and reduced to achieve the required coaxiality by repeatedly disassembling and assembling the tool in the related technology are solved.
