The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater vehicles, and particularly relates to a cabin door of an underwater vehicle. A double-cylinder driving cabin door suitable for an underwater vehicle comprises a right cabin door body, a left cabin door body, a cabin door frame, a sliding groove plate, a driving roller, a driven roller, a first-stage hydraulic cylinder and a second-stage hydraulic cylinder. Left and right groups of driving rollers and driven rollers are symmetrically arranged on the bow side and the stern side of the cabin door frame, and each driving roller is connected with the action end of one secondary hydraulic cylinder. A sliding groove is formed in the sliding groove plate. The driving roller and the driven roller move along the sliding chute; the first-stage hydraulic cylinder and the second-stage hydraulic cylinder are hinged end to end to form a revolute pair; bow and stern sides of the right cabin door and the left cabin door are respectively connected with the driving rollers and the driven rollers of the corresponding groups. A double-cylinder linkage driving structural form is adopted, the mechanism can adapt to the movement track of the plug-pull type cabin door, meanwhile, the response speed is high, movement is stable, control is easy, and the movement stability of the cabin door of the unmanned underwater vehicle is greatly improved.

    本发明属于水下潜航器技术领域,具体涉及一种水下航行器的舱门。一种适用于水下航行器的双缸驱动舱门,包括:右舱门、左舱门、舱门框架、滑槽板、主动滚轮、被动滚轮、一级液压缸、二级液压缸;舱门框架艏艉两侧均对称的设置有左右两组主动滚轮和被动滚轮,且每个主动滚轮均与一个二级液压缸的动作端连接;滑槽板上设有滑槽;主动滚轮与被动滚轮沿滑槽运动;一级液压缸、二级液压缸首尾铰接,形成转动副;右舱门、左舱门的艏艉两侧分别与对应组的主动滚轮和被动滚轮连接。本发明采用双缸联动驱动的结构形式,不仅可以适应塞拉式舱门的运动轨迹,同时响应速度快、运动平稳,控制简洁,极大的增强了水下无人航行器舱门运动的稳定性。
