The invention provides an operation cabin position and posture adjusting device for a deep sea pipeline repairing robot, a pipeline position searching robot comprises a first position searching driving device, a second position searching driving device and a gripper assembly, an operation cabin is fixed in a support, and the support is fixedly connected with a supporting frame; one end of the first locating driving device and one end of the second locating driving device are rotationally connected with the supporting frame, and the other end of the first locating driving device and the other end of the second locating driving device are rotationally connected with the two opposite sides of the gripper assembly respectively; and the first locating driving device and the second locating driving device are matched to drive the gripper assembly to swing or linearly move in a vertical plane, so that the gripper assembly grabs a target pipeline and drags the support and the operation cabin to a working area of the target pipeline. The device realizes accurate positioning through the pipeline positioning robot, realizes ROV-free pipeline positioning, ensures that the gravity of the operation cabin is borne by the supporting legs, and improves the operation efficiency.

    本发明提供了一种用于深海管道修复机器人的作业舱位姿调整装置,管道寻位机器人包括第一寻位驱动装置、第二寻位驱动装置和抓手组件,作业舱固定于支架内,支架上固定连接有支撑架,第一寻位驱动装置的一端、第二寻位驱动装置的一端均与支撑架转动连接,第一寻位驱动装置的另一端、第二寻位驱动装置的另一端分别与抓手组件的相对两侧转动连接;第一寻位驱动装置、第二寻位驱动装置配合能驱动抓手组件在竖直平面内摆动或直线移动,从而使抓手组件抓取目标管道,并将支架、作业舱拖拽至目标管道的工作区域。装置通过管道寻位机器人实现精准定位,实现无ROV管道定位,确保作业舱的重力由支腿承担,提高作业效率。
