The mining shuttle car frequency conversion traction system is characterized in that an electric signal processing module is arranged in an explosion-proof electric cabinet, three-phase alternating current directly or indirectly introduced by a shuttle car cable drum enters a main cavity through a wiring cavity in the explosion-proof electric cabinet and is connected with a switch, and the switch, an input reactor and a rectifier are sequentially connected; the rectifier is connected with the vehicle-mounted controller through a CAN bus; a direct-current power supply output by the rectifier is respectively introduced into a left traction inverter in the left traction explosion-proof motor box and a right traction inverter in the right traction explosion-proof motor box; and the vehicle-mounted controller is respectively connected with the left traction inverter and the right traction inverter through a CAN (Controller Area Network) bus. The device can reduce the volume of the explosion-proof electric cabinet, avoids the risk of cable extrusion, and improves the reliability of a traction system.

    本发明属于矿用梭车改装技术领域,旨在解决现有电控箱体积大、不利于整车布置,且电控箱内部高频开关器件集中、不利于电磁兼容处理、可靠性低的问题。提供了一种矿用梭车变频牵引系统,电信号处理模块内置于防爆电控箱内,由梭车电缆卷筒直接或间接引入的三相交流电经防爆电控箱中接线腔进入主腔体与开关连接,开关、输入电抗器和整流器依次连接,整流器和车载控制器通过CAN总线连接;经整流器输出的直流电源分别引入左牵引防爆电机箱中的左牵引逆变器和右牵引防爆电机箱中的右牵引逆变器,车载控制器通过CAN总线分别与左牵引逆变器和右牵引逆变器连接。本装置能够缩小防爆电控箱体积,避免电缆挤压风险,提高牵引系统的可靠性。
