The invention provides a traction plate of a shuttle vehicle. The traction plate comprises an upper plate body, side plate bodies, a front wedge block, a rear wedge block, a shaft and a protective cover. The two side plate bodies are arranged left and right, the front wedge block and the rear wedge block are inserted between the two side plate bodies, and the upper portion is covered with the upper plate body to be welded together. The left side plate body and the right side plate body are each provided with a hole in a drilled mode, the shaft is inserted and welded in the holes, and the protective cover is arranged on the shaft in a penetrating mode. According to the traction plate, an original sector plate is omitted, a fixing block is changed into the shaft, and the protective cover capable of playing the effect of the sector plate is additionally arranged on the shaft; meanwhile, the shaft and the protective cover are simple in structure, machining difficulty is lowered, production is facilitated, and production cost is reduced. The protective cover is arranged to be in a parabola shape to be arranged on the shaft in the penetrating mode, hence, sliding friction can be turned into rolling friction when a steel wire rope penetrates through a traction plate body to touch the protective cover, the abrasion and resistance to the steel wire rope are reduced, the steel wire rope is effectively protected, and the service life of the steel wire rope is prolonged.
